Hello! I'm William, an aspiring cybersecurity professional based in Pennsylvania. My journey into the world of cybersecurity began with a strong foundation in network administration, which I built during my studies at Pittsburgh Technical Institute. Over the years, I have gained a wealth of experience and skills that have prepared me to tackle the challenges of the ever-evolving cybersecurity landscape.

My hands-on experience in cybersecurity is further enriched by participating in CTF competitions, such as BSidesPGH. These competitions have honed my problem-solving skills and provided practical experience in identifying and exploiting vulnerabilities, network security analysis, and threat detection.

My responsibilities include performing password resets, onboarding new hires, running chef scripts for policy execution, and configuring and imaging Lambda AI Machine Learning machines according to user specifications. Additionally, I manage desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and MDM portals while tracking issues using the internal ticketing system.
